Hangout Music Festival – Day 1 Highlights
Hangout Music Festival is definitely one of the coolest festivals that I have been too. Overall, its well organized, is spread out nicely & there are tons of activities other than seeing music. The entire festival is spread across several blocks on a beach. The bigger stages are on the sand, so most festival go-ers are barefoot and in their bathing suits. There are beach chairs to lay on during the day, hammocks to relax in, shady structures to eat under, a volleyball court, corn hole tournaments and awesome food vendors. You can literally go to the festival early in the day, hang out and check out your favorite bands and djs. My favorite acts of the day were Gramatik, Foo Fighters and Jack Ü.
I was living in the moment for the majority of the festival so I did not take a ton of videos (I love to dance), but above you can check out a part of the set from Gramatik.
